Garden Tips

Some websites that offer free seed catalogs are: www.gurneys.com, www.burpee.com, www.farmerseed.com, www.parkseed.com, www.starkbros.com, www.nitro-pak.com, www.abceeds.com.

Store seeds in an airtight container in the fridge with a desiccant packet or powdered milk wrapped in a tissue to absorb moisture. This will keep your seeds viable for a much longer time.

I'm trying to get the planting chart posted but I'm having a hard time figuring it out.

  1. I can't wait for the chart! Let me know if I can help you put it on Blogger. You'll probably have to save it as a JPEG. In Roy we have really limited space for a garden because of how our yard was professionally landscaped before us. Up here I have 35 ACRES!!! I'm actually going to attempt my garden in the corrall we have since we don't have any animals and there's water at our barn to irrigate a garden. Honestly I can't wait! I'm going to do a ton of corn and everything!
